Company structure

The Board of Directors of Potatoes South Africa is responsible to ensure that the interests of the potato producers  in particular and the potato industry as a whole is served and is constituted as follows:

• Fourteen Directors appointed by the regional management of each of the production areas
• One director appointed from the processing environment
• One director appointed from the developing farming sector
• One director who shall be a non-executive and non-aligned, suitably qualified person, who shall also act as Chairperson of the audit Committee of the Company
