To ensure that the interests of the industry as a whole are look after a Potato Industry Forum is in place and is operational. In addition industry role players serve on the various core business committees and forums of Potatoes South Africa.

However, it is imperative that a schematic diagram of the potato industry be provided to give a clear picture as to how the overall industry operates.
