How did I the humble Spud ever manage to get my image so tarnished? For years, I thought people knew who I am and what I am all about. Now lately, every time my name gets mentioned people run away like I’m the N1H1 virus. You mention potato and the words fattening, unhealthy, boring & no spark pop-up! How dare people think I’m horrible when they have not even made the time to get to know me.
It’s true that you must never judge a book by it’s cover, and I would like to challenge you the reader to get to know me from the inside.
