| Ingredients: |

500ml (2 cups) cooked fish, flaked
250ml (1 cup) cold mashed potatoes
60ml (¼ cup) grated onion
10ml (2 tsp) lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten
2.5ml ( ½ tsp) Knorr Aromat
2.5ml ( ½ tsp) ROBERTSONS Black Pepper
125ml ( ½ cup) flour
125ml ( ½ cup) oil |
| Method: |
|
1.Add the fish, potato, onions, lemon juice, eggs, Knorr Aromat and pepper to a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.
2.Place flour in a separate bowl or plate.
3.Shape mixture into 8 round patties and then coat with flour.
4.Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the fishcakes for 10 minutes, turning once, or until golden brown. |
