Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed 30ml (2 Tbs) Rama 1 onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, crushed 3 chicken breasts, deboned and cut into small cubes 1 bunch spinach, stems removed and chopped Salt and pepper 1 sachet KNORR Potato Bake Bacon & Onion 450ml milk 250ml (1 cup) cheddar cheese
Method: 1.Preheat oven to 180°C. 2.Place potatoes in the bottom of a greased ovenproof dish. 3.Heat margarine in a frying pan, and fry onion until soft. Add the chicken cubes and fry for 5-7 minutes. Add the garlic, chopped spinach, salt and pepper and fry gently for 1 minute. 4.Mix the Knorr Potato Bake Bacon & Onion packet contents with a little milk to make a paste and stir in the remaining milk. Pour over the chicken and potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180°C for 1 hour until the potatoes are cooked and the cheese is golden brown.
