Product Complaint

Dear customer,

Potatoes South Africa would like to contribute towards the offering of high quality fresh potatoes at retail outlets.  Bags of potatoes must still weigh 10 kg or 7 kg respectively 10 days after packaging (refer to the packaging date code on the bag). If you have purchased potatoes that are not up to standard, please complete the product complaint form.

Our product quality policy
Complaints will be evaluated in collaboration with the organisation that is responsible for Product Control for Agriculture (Prokon), who will take the necessary steps against the retailer.
Potatoes South Africa will provide customers with feedback on the outcome of the investigation.

Disclaimer: Potatoes South Africa can not act on inferior quality products that have been purchased in the informal sector, eg street vendors.
