Potatoes SA’s Transformation Strategy empowers developing Black potato producers to participate in mainstream agriculture and grow into fully-fledged commercial producers. This is achieved through capacity building, technical support, networking, mentoring, and industry exposure.
The two-day Symposium includes:

- Tours of Enterprise Development farms in the Capricorn District
