About the symposium:

The Research Symposium is a popular platform in the potato industry where technical issues are discussed, formally and informally. Researchers, funded by the potato industry, report back on the progress made with the research. All producers, researchers, students, suppliers, and staff of Potatoes South Africa, Potato Certification Service and Potato Laboratory Services are cordially invited to come and share the platform with us after the symposium was hampered for 2 years due to the pandemic. This year’s symposium will take place on 19 to 21 July 2022 at Club Mykonos, Langebaan in the Western Cape.
